What
Organizations Have To Say About the GCDF Credential |
| "I
just concluded Statewide GCDF training for about 140
individuals working in or as partners with the Career
Centers (our One-Stops). We had great success with a mix
of TN Department of Labor and Workforce Development Job
Service Staff, WIA staff, Voc Rehab, Goodwill, and other
agency staff. The training was supported by the
Department of Labor and funded through some of the WIA
Incentive awards. We really believe that the training
will improve customer service. It allowed staffs to
interact and learn about each others programs -- and
hopefully develop and understanding of what we all do.
I really believe in this
program. As Manager of a One-Stop, I know it
works!"

Center Services Manager

Career Center at University Avenue
"Our
staff are now excited and self-motivated [after GCDF
training]. They are now full, participatory, and
proactive partners in this process. For the first time,
we have seen line staff step forward to drive behavior
and activities and are now working with management staff
in a truly empowered way."
