About Us

Terri Bruce, principal of The Success Shop, is a nationally accredited Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), a certified Global Career Development Facilitator Instructor (GCDFI), and a certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC).

Terri's experience in human service and public policy allows her to apply a macro-level approach to career counseling that seamlessly blends an individual's needs and desires (what he or she wants) with the broader aspect of labor market demand (what's available).

EXPERIENCE

Working in career centers open to the public has given me experience providing career counseling and job search services to a broad range of individuals. Through my experience at these career centers, I have been fortunate enough to work with individuals pursuing jobs in every career field and at all experience levels--from entry level to senior executive.

NORTH SHORE CAREER CENTER, Salem MA

MASSACHUSETTS OFFICE FOR VICTIM ASSISTANCE, Boston MA

EDUCATION

People often think that I have had an eclectic education - but the truth is, everything I've done in life has been related to my underlying passion for ending social inequality. Included in that mission is a dedication to ensuring that every person has an opportunity to earn a decent living and that the ability to go to a job you love every day is available to everyone, not just a select few.
